Pictures from our Plays

At the beginning we didn't have math because we went to "Alice in Wonderland."  Once we got back, it was recess.  We went outside and watched the Mardi Gras parade.  They threw necklaces and coins.  After that we had lunch, we worked on pictures in Art.  We took a landscape picture that was smaller than the paper.  We then filled in more of what would be around the picture and added details to make in look connected.  We wrote in our journals.  We could write a review of the play, create a musical of another story, or write our own adventure in Wonderland.  Now, we have Spanish.

Today in Betsy's math class, we worked on our Dynamath.  In Kim's math class, we worked on place value and big step - little step where you estimate how many steps it would take you to move from one place to another. We had fruit break. We had buddies with Ruth Ann and helped them with their Mardi Gras stuff. We had recess and lunch. We had buddies with Beth and worked on maps.

Today in Betsy's math class we worked on our Dynamath. Today in Kim's math class, we worked on measuring paces and steps.  Then, we had fruit break and we had class and in class we did listening activities.  W did our drama plays. We had recess and lunch with Katlyn. We did computers and worked on our stories. We had Spanish. We read and did speed book review. Good bye, parents and other readers.

In Betsy's math class, we worked on our DynaMath and stuff in our folder.  We played a fraction game with cards.  In Kim's math class, we worked on  graphing games and sheets, looked at different polygons, and used tangrams.  We had class.  We worked on our "Me in the Looking Glass in Jamestown, VA" poem.  We read.  We saw Emily's class play.  Now we have music.
